After bowling the hosts out for just 142, Wokingham appeared to be favourites for victory, only to then be dismissed for 126.
It was a disappointing end to an otherwise highly successful season for the Oaks, who ended the summer 36 points behind champions Reading.
And there was yet more reason to celebrate at Sadler's End on Saturday as Wokingham 2nds clinched promotion to Division Two with a 35-run win over Wooburn Narkovians.
Needing a victory to pip the Buckinghamshire side to second spot in Division 3b, Wokingham made 218-9 batting first, with Simon Myles (69) and Shashank Iyer (43) sharing a pivotal stand of 101 for the third wicket.
Myles then chipped in with five wickets to help bowl Wooburn out for 183 and seal a second-place finish for Wokingham.
Elsewhere, Finchampstead ended their Division One campaign on a winning note, beating Basingstoke & North Hants by three wickets.
Chasing 213 for victory, Finch were again led by skipper Matt Jones, who top scored with 52 to see his side home.
Finchampstead 2nds were unable to avoid relegation from Division 2a as they lost to runners-up Eversley by four wickets.
Chris Last took 6-48 to help restrict Finch to 185 and Scott Dyer's half-century edged Eversley to victory.
Royal Ascot lost their final match against Gerrards Cross 2nds but comfortably finished mid table in Division 3a.
Elsewhere, there were celebrations for Royal Ascot 2nds who won promotion from Division 6a after their 139-run win over Tring Park 3rds.
Bracknell finished safely in mid-table in Division 4b after drawing their final game of the season with Cove 2nds.
Cove made 235 batting first and Ali Asghar then top scored with 83 as Bracknell closed on 175-7.
