Bowling first, Wokingham dismissed the hosts for 141, with Simon Myles (5-21) and Stevie Smidt (4-54) collecting the majority of the wickets.
And the chase proved comfortable for Wokingham thanks to an unbeaten 38 from opener Rukshan Soza and Stuart Parson's half century.
Victory moves Wokingham a point above previous leaders Reading, who suffered their first defeat of the season on Saturday at Kew.
Finchampstead's match against Henley 2nds was called off due to the wet weather.
In Division 2a, Eversley lost their top-of-the-table clash with North Maidenhead by 98 runs.
Simon Mugava took 6-58 to help bowl Maidenhead out for 172 but Eversley were skittled out for just 74 in response.
Royal Ascot also went down in Division 3a, losing by five wickets to Chiswick & Latymer.
James Summers' side were dismissed for 160 batting first and Chiswick chased the target down inside 43 overs.
Bracknell suffered their third successive defeat in Division 4b as they lost by 120 runs to Odiham & Greywell.
After electing to bat, Odiham made 235-9 from their 52 overs and then dismissed Bracknell for 115.
