THERE are signs that demolition work may shortly start at Bracknell's biggest eyesore. Hoardings have been put up and machinery moved into the site of the former 3M Building.

The building, owned by Comer Homes, is set to be demolished over the next few weeks and be completed by November.

It will be replaced by a development of 311 apartments with shops underneath.

Are you pleased it seems that the end is finally nigh for the former 3M Building? Please leave your comments below.

Can't wait for the 3M building to disappear! It is going to take some getting used to without the eyesore being on the horizon whenever you approach Bracknell. It's just a bit of a shame that the replacement building is for me personally a but ugly too. Still it takes us one step closer to (hopefully) a better Bracknell!
