I too live in Kelvin Gate, In a one bedroom flat. My electricity bill has been extortionate. At one point British gas insisted that I needed to pay £120 a month, just for the electric bill. I have since changed companies and the price has gone down a little. It is still high. When I was with BG I was working nights, hence the shock with the charges. I wonder if there is an issue with the electricity meter set up, and wonder if other Kelvin gate residents have had a similar issue.
