FIVE puppies have been stolen in a late-night raid in Bracknell.

Two men forced their way into a property in Wayland Close, Harmans Water, at about 11.30pm last Tuesday.

They assaulted the 29-year-old male occupant and they then stole five Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppies.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident.

Both offenders were black and in their late twenties.

The first was of medium build, around 5ft 10ins and was wearing a black woolly hat and dark clothing.

The second was skinny, taller than the first man and was wearing a black Nike baseball cap and dark clothing.

Two of the stolen puppies were male, one brown and one black, and three were female, one white with brown patches, one white and one black.
