Of the 135 students at Easthampstead Park, 57% bagged 5A*-C including English and maths - a jump of 13% from last year.
Headteacher Liz Cook said: "We are delighted with our school's best ever GCSE results and pleased that the students - and teachers - who have worked so hard have been rewarded with grades that reflect this."
Among the success stories was Rachael Ambler, from Wooden Hill, who burst into tears after learning she had secured 6A*, 2A and 2B.
She said: "I'm so relieved, I'm over the moon. I don't know what to say."
Edgbarrow students also excelled, with 89% reaching the national benchmark.
Another school which improved on last year was Charters in Sunningdale, where 82% of pupils bagged 5A*-C including English and maths - a jump of 7%.
Co-Headteachers Richard Pilgrim and Martyn Parker said: "Our Year 11 students should be extremely proud of their record-breaking results for the school."
