Woman rushed to hospital after three-car pile-up

A WOMAN was rushed to hospital following a three vehicle pile-up at the Coral Reef roundabout this morning.

Fire crews from Bracknell and Wokingham, as well as a specialist heavy unit vehicle from Dee Road, Reading were called along with an ambulance and police following the incident on the Bagshot Road at about 9.15am.

Two cars and a lorry were involved in the collision.

One woman, believed to be in her late 20s, was cut out of her car by firefighters who removed the roof.

She was taken to hospital as a precautionary meaure complaining of neck and back pains.

Firefighters left the scene at about 10.40am.
