'Misery' as train firm closes path to Ascot station

A TRAIN operator’s decision to close a major pathway from Ascot railway station to High Street has “made life a misery” says a disabled resident.

Peter Watts, who uses an electric wheelchair after suffering a stroke two years ago, relies on the pathway as a route to go shopping and for hospital appointments at Heatherwood.
